AFFORDABLE FEES AND ONLINE PAYMENTS
We feel we offer fair rates for the expertise we offer, and are always up front on what we charge - no hidden fees. We do not charge for the initial "discovery" conversation.
Consultation: Phone
The fee for a one-to-one telephone consult is $65 per hour and is pre-paid. There is a half- hour minimum charge.
The participant pays for any long distance phone charges.
The fee for a telephone consultation is pre-paid via safe and secure PayPal
Consultation: Personal meetings
The minimum for this consult is two hours at a rate of $65 per hour and is pre-paid. Outside Manatee/Sarasota counties, the rate is $75 per hour, with a two hour minimum plus (Mapquest) mileage expense.
All other related expenses to visit are paid by client (ie, hotel, rental car, per diem, etc)

Retainer Fees:
Monthly retainer services are designed for organizations or individuals requiring wide variety of consulting, training, and implementation services on an on going basis per month.
Provides a huge cost saving from the hourly rates

Evaluation service
Full day is $650 (includes analysis/fax report/follow up phone call), and is pre-paid. Work out a pre-paid payment plan prior to scheduled evaluation date
Outside Manatee/Sarasota counties, add (Mapquest) mileage expense to pre-paid fee
Over 150 miles, all other related expenses to visit are paid by client (ie, hotel, rental car, food, etc).
Grants
Grant development, research, and writing fees are $65 per hour. Time varies depending on what is in place and the scope of work that remaons to be done.
We will give you a cost prior to the work. 70% is paid up front and balance is due before grant is submitted
Note: We do not work on commission or percentage of grant received.
Interim Leadership
Negotiable rates depending on responsibilities and scope of work
Other Services & special project work:
Each can be so varied - to be discussed and agreed between us
Expenses:
Mileage - Charged at .55 per mile point-to-point outside the Sarasota/manatee counties area
Either rental car or airfare is required for client visits over 150 miles. We will make the determination, and will be at expense of client and prepaid prior to visit.
If lodging is deemed neccessary, client will be responsible for, and lodging bill will be paid on client's credit card. Meal expense will also be paid for by client on overnight or extended stays
